Just Ahead: Becoming 2010

 

I would like to begin by thanking my readers for a splendid 2009, which saw the launch of Becoming  - The Blog.  It has been an honor and a pleasure to share reflection and learning with you, and I look forward to more in 2010!

 

 

Speaking of which, there is much just ahead in 2010 here at Becoming – The Blog.  For example, January will offer Becoming Interviews with global HR and development professionals Shelly Korn and Marijo Bos, and parts 3, 4, and 5 of the Taking a Personal Inventory series, which will cover reducing stress, finding personal happiness, and sharing your personal inventory with others.  In addition, a new semiannual inspirational message about changing for the better will be released in mid-January.

 

 

Note:  I will be on holiday in the coming week.  You can expect the next post during the week of January 4, 2010.

We are all individuals becoming. 

I first heard this concept while completing the certification process to facilitate Edge Learning Institute’s training course Increasing Human Effectiveness (www.edgelearning.com).   In this blog, colleagues and I will explore individuals and organizations that are evolving by practicing self-reflection, participating in training and development, and building and sustaining communities.  Visit regularly for a dose of Becoming and these recurring features:
