It’s time for another series of Expanding Your World! If you don’t remember this series of posts, I show a picture and ask a personal reflection question, and you respond via the Comments section of this blog.
This week’s picture is of a statue my fellow Philadelphians know very well – the Love statue in Love Park. However, this picture is not Philadelphia – it’s Taipei, Taiwan! When I saw the statue there, I did a double take. I was actually confused about where I was, but when I finally got over that, I experienced a very real sense of place. I was very far from home, but still close.
So, here are some questions for you – a bit philosophical this week. You can answer this question any way you like.
Where are you now, and how does it affect your thinking? How does it make you feel?
And feel free to share your answers here! I wish you happiness and peace, wherever you are!
