I am most passionate about helping gearheads understand their passions so they are better positioned to adapt them to new areas of expertise. This is the first step toward work-life-parallel.

(3) Values (general):
+ Work-life-parallel
+ A difference is the only thing worth making.
+ True success comes from helping others achieve success.

(3) Values (automotive):
+ Go fast with class.
+ Press on regardless.
+ DIY, DWYC (do it yourself, or do what you can)

I'd say my own definition of leadership requires knowing (and understanding yourself) so as to best share your vision of the future, helping others achieve success by making a difference in the lives of their friends and neighbors.

Good series, Mr. Fishbone. Appreciate the opportunity to think out loud. :)
